Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Mini Press Iron. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, your Mini Press must be in like new condition, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns that are not in like new condition.

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

• If your Mini Press arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide you with a full refund or replacement.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If you prefer, you may choose store credit for a faster resolution.
